COVID-19

Until December 2nd 2020, no wedding or naming ceremonies may take place.

After that date, we hope that the previous government rules for Humanist weddings for up to 15 attendees* will resume, with usual social distancing guidelines, in COVID-secure venues indoors and outside public spaces.

A intimate ceremony does not need to be any the less beautiful and meaningful - it can still be filled with love and heart.

If you’d like to plan your celebration for later in 2020, or for 2021 and beyond, and are uncertain about how it all might come together, do make contact to talk about it. I’m always happy to explore ideas and brainstorm.

Naming ceremonies may not take place at present.

Virtual ceremonies

Even when you and all the people you care about the most can’t physically all be together, we can still mark key moments and significant events, and create memorable and meaningful occasions.

Have you thought about a virtual ceremony on Zoom? They can be fun and inclusive, just as a real life ceremony is, and a wonderful way to gather all the special people in your life together to celebrate with you.

Do make contact to explore how you could make a ceremony work for you.
